We encourage you to meet with Dave, our owner, on-site at your location so that we can attain firsthand knowledge of your business' environment, size and the systems currently in use.
No two businesses will be the same, and in turn what may be right for one may not be for another. Our clients will never be given a "cookie cutter" or off the shelf approach, we'll work together to determine which solutions can help your specific business the best. We will then sit down with you, in person, to go over in detail our exact plan for your business. We will present our estimates and suggested actions, and gladly discuss any questions or concerns that you may have.
Transparency is important to us, and undoubtedly you as well. In turn, we take great measures to ensure that there will be no sticker shock when working with us. Before any hardware is ordered, software license purchased or server installed, we will confirm that you are aware of exactly what you are getting and that it is right for your business. When situations arise that may cause an estimate to change, you will know immediately and stay apprised of the situation at all times.
